• Original passport valid for at least 7 months
• Copy of your national ID
• Salary certificate in English from your employer, clearly stating your job title, start date, and salary authorized by Commercial chamber
• Bank statement for the last 3 months in English, showing a balance of at least 15,000 SAR
• Two recent passport-size photos (5×5 cm) with a white background

• Clear photo of previous USA Visa if there is any
• Clear recent passport-size photo with a white background

There is a form of customer data that should be filled by the customer
