Disclosure of agency status

Definitions

• "Agency", "we": Holiday Time Travel & Tourism Agency, Commercial Registration No. 1010451132, Travel and Tourism License No. 73100346.
• "Customer", "you": anyone who uses the website or requests a service from the agency.
• "Services": visa services, international driving licenses, holiday packages, flight and hotel bookings, educational tourism, and any other service the agency provides.
• "Service providers": embassies, visa centers, airlines, hotels, institutes, and other parties we work with to fulfill your request.

Use of the website

• You must be 18 or older to create an account or request a service; requests for minors are made by a parent or guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for any incorrect information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity on your account.
• Using the website for any unlawful purpose, or attempting to hack or disrupt it, is prohibited.

Role of the agency

The agency acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers, offering advice and assistance in preparing applications and bookings. Each service is subject to its provider's terms in addition to these terms.

Visa services

• The decision to grant or refuse a visa, and its duration, rests entirely with the embassy or relevant authority; the agency does not guarantee visa approval.
• Processing times are estimates and may change depending on the embassy.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of submitted documents and for passport validity for the required period.
• Embassy fees, visa center fees, and service fees are non-refundable if the application is refused.

International driving license

• The customer must hold a valid Saudi driving license.
• The international license does not replace the original license, and both must be carried when driving abroad.
• The customer is responsible for checking that the international license is accepted in the destination country.

Holiday packages and bookings

• Each package includes only what is listed in its details; any additional services are charged separately.
• Prices may change until the booking is confirmed and paid, due to changes in supplier prices or exchange rates.
• The customer must review booking details (names, dates, destinations) upon receipt and report any error immediately.
• Airline and hotel terms apply regarding baggage allowance, check-in and check-out times, and similar matters.

Educational tourism

Admission to educational programs is decided by the institute or university, and fees and refunds are subject to that institution's terms.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and the agency sends a confirmation.
• The agency issues a tax invoice for every payment.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy published on the website.

Customer responsibilities when traveling

• Adhering to flight schedules and arriving at the airport on time.
• Meeting the entry requirements of the destination country, such as visas, vaccinations, and health insurance.
• Complying with the laws of the countries visited.

Limitation of liability

The agency is not responsible for:

• Visa refusal or delay by an embassy, or denial of entry by the destination country's authorities.
• Flight delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, or any failure by service providers.
• Lost baggage, injuries, or damages arising from causes beyond its control.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, and government decisions.

In all cases, the agency's liability does not exceed the service fees paid to it by the customer.

Intellectual property

All website content, including text, designs, and logos, is owned by the agency and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

The agency may amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the website and do not affect bookings confirmed before the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
