Passport copy
The validity of the passport must not be less than 6 months from the date of return from travel.
2 personal photos
The specifications of the picture are:
- Size (4.5 * 3.5) white background, without face modification.
- For men: without shemagh.
- For women: the appearance of hairlines.
- The face must represent 80% of the image.
Salary definition Copy (English)
- If it is from a government sector: stamped with a colored stamp from the government employer.
- If it is from the private sector: it shall be stamped on the official papers from the employer and certified by the Chamber of Commerce. The salary must be defined in a recent copy.
Bank statement
The statement must be in a recent copy for the last 3 months in English and stamped by the bank with a minimum balance of SAR 15,000 or more.
Additions:
Requires fingerprint
- Requires fingerprinting for adults 12 years of age and older.
- There is no fingerprinting for children under 12 years of age.
The expected period for issuing the visa
The duration ranges approximately from 7 to 15 working days from the date of fingerprinting.
Medical Insurance *
Holiday Time provides insurance from 7 days to 10 days of the trip, which is the basic requirement for a Schengen visa in order to issue a visa, even if the duration of the trip is longer than that, the mentioned period is considered sufficient to issue a visa.
